Wat Prayoon Wongsawas - Bangkok  

This temple is built by King Rama lll. The main Buddha image call Phra Buddha Nak Noi or Luang Pho Nak. The Buddha image is from Sukhothai era in "Conquering Mara" posture, was moved from Sukhothai in 1831 AD. Same features as Phra Si Sakayamuni which presides at Wat Suthat Wararam. The Wihan was in Thai-architectural style. The pediment is adorned with wood carving in
floral design, gilded and decorated with colored glass. The door panel are decorated with cut pearl delicate style. At the left front of the temple compound is a large white Chedi in the Ayutthaya style.

The Fine Art Department registered Phra Buddha Nak Noi as the national heritage object in November 22, 1949.
